All our rates are per night, in US Dollars and inclusive of all taxes.

They include full board accommodation, all the current services on board and programmed visits for the contracted journey, yet exclude the bar and shop services and any gratuities.

Inclusions and exclusions

1. The services of the Bassac include per night on board:
   • Transportation on board
   • Accommodation of each passenger in a twin-share cabin, double- or twin-bedded.
     except where other accommodation arrangements are mentioned in the booking slip
   • Three meals
   • Vietnamese coffee, tea; mineral water
   • Two visits on shore or on a small skiff
   • Access to all services on board
   • Access to and from the board on a longboat
   • All taxes are included
2. Are excluded:
   • Road transfer
     except if specifically mentioned in the booking slip
   • Bar services
   • Travel insurance
   • Visas and visa fees
   • Tips and gratuities

1. Offered trips

   On every trip specifically mentioned on the calendar:

   • You may opt to join in on this trip and pay a fare per passenger, within the limits of availability.
   • You may opt, if there are no passengers yet, to charter the whole ship for yourself alone, and follow the programmed route.

   Simply book your trip

   • You may also charter the ship and go wherever you like. On the calendar, only the trips that already have booked passengers or are already fully booked cannot change.

2. Calendar and chartering

   Our calendar gives the scheduled departures dates. Within a week, some trips are planned, weekly trips, those are dates destined for tour operator operation. It is still possible to charter the ship on those dates, but should you do so, please take into account the calendar and avoid disturbing a weekly trip before or after your journey.

   The price for a chartered trip is built as follows:

   • Ship rental is just like for a simple private trip on the scheduled route.
   • Accommodation and services to the passengers are just like for a private trip on the scheduled route.
   • Transfer : If you decide to depart from another port than the scheduled one, or arrive to another port than the departure port of the scheduled trip on the day of your arrival, we would ask you to take charge of part of the expenses induced.
     On May 09. 2008, $103,80 per hour of scheduled transfer.
   • Forfeit of a weekly scheduled trip: Make sure you avoid disturbing weekly scheduled trips arriving on the day of your departure, or departing on the day of your arrival. We would charge cancellation fee for the weekly scheduled trips cancelled.
     On May 09. 2008, $0,00 for each of those trips cancelled.

   All the prices on this web site will be maintained for the the period specified.

   However, the logistics and chartering costs depend on the economic conditions and may thus change. Contact us if you want to optimize your journey.

   All price lists stated as "Preliminary release" are subject to review up to four months before their date of coming into force.
